Job Summary
Entry-level opportunity with full training provided

Perform hands-on testing of products and systems to validate functionality and performance

Assist in determining mechanical, thermal, and electrical limits through structured testing

Execute test procedures and checklists and ensure consistency across all tests

Identify, document, and report defects, inconsistencies, and performance issues

Support regression and verification testing following fixes or updates

Assist with software testing and bug tracking, where applicable
-
Accurately record test results, observations, and issues in a clear and structured manner
-
Maintain testing logs, reports, and documentation for internal use
-
Support development of test procedures, assembly instructions, and basic documentation

Ensure documentation is kept up to date and organized

Assist with inventory management, including tracking and replenishing supplies

Compensation
Annual compensation will range from $40,000 to $55,000 depending on applicant education, experience, credentials and performance. Benefits include a Health Spending Account, Pooled Insurance benefits and TFSA or RRSP matching.

Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn

Basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Ability to follow instructions and work both independently and in a team environment
Desirable (But Not Required) Attributes Include

Experience in testing, manufacturing, or hands-on technical work

Exposure to electrical, mechanical, or software systems

Familiarity with tools, assembly work, or basic troubleshooting

Experience with documentation or reporting processes
