

Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary
-
Customer service representative with administrative duties including order processing
-
Follow through on orders, liaising and communicating with customers, contract manufacturers and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery of product
-
Strong data entry skills, including order processing and MRP maintenance
-
Manage long lead-time assembly purchasing and regulate inventory levels of multiple warehouses simultaneously
-
Prepare customer invoices and manage collection activities
-
Position may also include other tasks as required by Spyder Controls

Compensation
Annual compensation will range from $45,000 to $65,000 depending on applicant education, experience, credentials and performance.
Applicant Qualifications

Legally entitled to live and work in Canada

Must be proficient in MS Excel, Office, and other general computer skills

Passionate about customer service with excellent customer communication skills

Solving customer problems

Remains composed under pressure, calm and patient demeanor when dealing with contacts

Maintaining regular schedule with occasional extended hours

Enjoy people and customer interaction in the professional environment

Self-motivated to initiate and complete tasks and solve problems

Electronics, ERP software experience, or customer service background
