

Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative
Job Summary
-
Customer service representative with administrative duties including order processing and purchase management
-
Oversee customer accounts and supervise business support representatives
-
Follow through on orders, liaising and communicating with customers, contract manufacturers and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery of product
-
MRP management and evaluation
-
Manage long lead-time finished goods purchasing and regulate inventory levels of multiple warehouses simultaneously
-
Forecast management and analysis for contract manufacturers
-
Conduct semi annual employee performance reviews for a small team of business support representatives
-
Position may also include other tasks as required by Spyder Controls

Compensation
Annual compensation will range from $50,000 to $70,000 depending on applicant experience, credentials, and performance. A benefits package (including pooled insurance benefits, health spending account, RRSP or TFSA with matching, paid sick leave, etc.) will be provided after probationary period is completed.
Applicant Qualifications

Legally entitled to live and work in Canada

Must be proficient in MS Excel, Office and other general computer skills

ERP software experience

Passionate about customer service, and a positive personality

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Develop and maintain knowledge of Spyder products and services

Problem solver and self-starter

Strong attention to detail

Remains composed under pressure, calm and patient demeanor when dealing with contacts

Enjoy people and customer interaction in the professional environment

Maintaining regular schedule with occasional extended hours

Previous supervisory or management experience required
