Customer Service / Inside Sales Representative 

Job Summary

  • Customer service representative with administrative duties including order processing

  • Follow through on orders, liaising and communicating with customers, contract manufacturers and other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and on time delivery of product

  • Strong data entry skills, including order processing and MRP maintenance

  • Manage long lead-time assembly purchasing and regulate inventory levels of multiple warehouses simultaneously

  • Prepare customer invoices and manage collection activities

  • Position may also include other tasks as required by Spyder Controls

Compensation

Annual compensation will range from $45,000 to $65,000 depending on applicant education, experience, credentials and performance.

Applicant Qualifications

  • Legally entitled to live and work in Canada

  • Must be proficient in MS Excel, Office, and other general computer skills

  • Passionate about customer service with excellent customer communication skills

  • Solving customer problems

  • Remains composed under pressure, calm and patient demeanor when dealing with contacts

  • Maintaining regular schedule with occasional extended hours

  • Enjoy people and customer interaction in the professional environment

  • Self-motivated to initiate and complete tasks and solve problems

Desirable (But Not Required) Attributes Include

  • Electronics, ERP software experience, or customer service background
