
Customer Service Specialist
Job Summary

Serve as the primary point of contact for key customer accounts, maintaining communications across multiple channels to ensure timely updates and proactive issue resolution

Oversee customer data entry in SAP, ensuring compliance with documentation standards, and order fulfillment

Assist in creating sales reports that generate actionable insights

Integrate customer insights with demand planning tools to identify customer needs and ensure it aligns with internal production capacity

Support cross-functional teams with administrative and operational tasks as required.

Compensation
Annual compensation will range from $50,000 to $65,000 depending on applicant experience, credentials, and performance. A benefits package (including pooled insurance benefits, health spending account, RRSP or TFSA with matching, paid sick leave, etc.) will be provided after probationary period is completed.
